How do I edit the covers for reservations?

Only reservations with ‘Reserved,’ ‘Confirmed,’ and ‘Arrived’ statuses can be updated. The covers cannot be edited before the reservation time or more than 24 hours after the reservation time.


Step 1: Click on the booking card you want to adjust to enter the booking detail page.
Step 2: Click “Edit” on the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Swipe the ‘Total Pax’ left or right to update the total number of pax for the booking.


After updating the total number of pax for the booking, you also need to update the ‘Availability’ for the booking. If you do not adjust the availability, a notification will pop up to remind you that there is insufficient capacity or that the capacity has been exceeded. While you can still save the adjustment, there is a risk of overbooking.


Step 4: Click on ‘Availability’ to select the appropriate availability for this booking.
Tips: You can check the availability status on the right side of each option. It’s easy to see if the availability has been paused, reserved, or is still available when making your selection.
Step 5: Click ‘Confirm’ to save the availability adjustment.
Step 6: Click 'Save' to finalize all adjustment.
