How do I redeem the bookings without the redeem code?
A six-digit redeem code will be given once customers make bookings, enter the six-digit redeem code to redeem bookings. However, even if customers lose their redeem code, you can still redeem the booking.
On Bookings Page
Step 1 : Click on the navigation list at the left side of the page to switch to the Bookings page.
Step 2 : Click on the "Booking Status" of the booking you want to adjust.
Step 3 : Click on "Arrived".
Step 4 : Click on the "Check in Without Redeem Code" button to redeem this booking,
Step 5 : After clicking the button, the booking information will pop up. Please confirm the booking and click the "Redeem" button in the lower right corner.
On Availiability Page
Step 1 : Click on the navigation list at the left side of the page to switch to the Availability page.
Step 2 : Click on booking you want to adjust.
Step 3 : The booking details will appear on the right side of the page.
Step 4 : Click on the booking status above the booking details on the page to switch to "Arrived".
Step 5 : Click on the "Check in Eithout Redeem Code" button to redeem this booking,
Step 6 : After clicking the button, the booking information will pop up. Please confirm the booking and click the "Redeem" button in the lower right corner.
