How do I report a no show?

Only reservations with ‘Reserved’ and 'Confirmed' status can be marked as no-show. 
*Please note: No-show status can only be marked during the time period from Booking time + 15 minutes to Booking time + 24 hours.

In Bookings Page

Step 1 : Click on the navigation list at the left side of the page to switch to the Bookings page.


Step 2 : Click on the "Booking Status" of the booking you want to adjust.


Step 3 : Click on "No Show"


Step 4 : If you confirm to adjust the status to "No Show", please click on "No Show".

In Availiability Page

Step 1 : Click on the navigation list at the left side of the page to switch to the Availability page.


Step 2 : Click on booking you want to adjust.


Step 3 : The booking details will appear on the right side of the page.


Step 4 : Click on the booking status above the booking details to switch to "No Show".


Step 5 :  If you confirm to adjust the status to "No Show", please click on "No Show".
