How do I report a no show?

Only reservations with ‘Reserved’ and 'Confirmed' status can be marked as no-show. 
*Please note: No-show status can only be marked during the time period from Booking time + 15 minutes to Booking time + 24 hours.


Step 1: Click on the navigation list at the bottom of the page to switch to the Home page.
Step 2: Swipe left on the booking card in the booking list to mark it as ‘No Show’.
Step 3: Click 'More Status'.
Step 4: Select ‘No Show’ and click ‘Confirm.’



Step 5: If you’re sure you want to change the status to 'No Show', click on 'No Show' again.
Step 6: The status will then be successfully updated to No Show'.
