How do I view my dine-in reservations?

How to view the reservations?

Step 1 : Click on the link to access  FunNow Manager Web.
Step 2 : Click on the navigation list at the left side of the page to switch to the Bookings page. Upon accessing it, you will see "Today's" bookings. You can also filter reservations by different statuses, channels or date range.


How to use the fliter in bookings page?

a. Select the Date

Select the date range you want to view bookings for.
Tips: Orange dots indicate booking on that day.
 

b. Select the Package

Select the package you want to view bookings for.
FunNow - indicates that this package is displayed on the eatigo platform.
Myite - indicates that this package is displayed on Reserve with Google.

c. Search for a specific booking

Enter "country code + phone number" or "Booking ID" in the search bar to search for a specific booking.

d. Use booking status to filter bookings

 View the bookings under different booking statuses.

e. Use booking channel to filter bookings

View the bookings from different channels.
eatigo - The bookings made by customers on the eatigo (platform).
MySite - The bookings made by customers on the Reserve with Google or SaaS system (FunNow Booking).
Phone - The bookings made by merchant, an exclusive feature of SaaS system (FunNow Booking).
Walk-in - The bookings made by merchant, an exclusive feature of SaaS systems (FunNow Booking).
