How to Edit a Costumer's booking?

Step 1: Click on the navigation list at the bottom of the page to switch to the homepage.
Step 2: Enter "country code + phone number" in the search bar at the top of the page to search for booking.


Step 3: Click on the booking card to access the details of the booking.
Step 4: In the upper right corner, click on the "Edit" button.
Step 5: This action will take you to the booking editing page.
Step 6: Make the necessary modifications to the booking details. After completing the edits, remember to click on the "Save" button located at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.


Please note that on the booking editing page, you can adjust various details such as the costumer's booking time, the allocated service availability, merchant remarks, and consumer contact information including name, title, phone number, and email.
*Additionally, it's important to remember that only FunNow Booking (SaaS) booking can be edited, while platform bookings (FunNow / niceday) have limited editable information, primarily restricted to the service availability.

After updating the total number of pax for the booking, you also need to update the ‘Availability’ for the booking. If you do not adjust the availability, a notification will pop up to remind you that there is insufficient capacity or that the capacity has been exceeded. While you can still save the adjustment, there is a risk of overbooking.
