How to set a pause?

Merchants integrated with third-party platforms such as inline /Ebisol are not eligible for this setting.

Step 1: Click on the navigation list at the bottom of the page to switch to the homepage.
Step 2: Click on the "Pause" button on the right side.
Step 3: Enter the pause page.


Step 4:
a. 1 hour / 3 hours / 6 hours from now - This is a one-click pause, selecting it will pause all availability in the entire branch for 1/3/6 hours from now.
b. Customize time slot - Allows flexible selection of the desired pause period and the availability to be paused during this period.


For Customize time slot:
Step 1: Click on "Start Pause Time".
Step 2: Select the start date and time for the pause (e.g., if you want to set a pause from March 29th 12:30 to April 1st 14:00, the start date would be March 29th and the start time would be 12:30).
Step 3: After selecting the time, remember to click "Confirm" in the bottom right corner.
Tips: Slide the gray bar below the calendar downwards to view the dates for the entire month. Slide the calendar left or right to view the dates for the previous or next month.

Step 4: Click on "End Pause Time".
Step 5: Select the end date and time for the pause (e.g., if you want to set a pause from March 29th 12:30 to April 1st 14:00, the end date would be April 1st and the end time would be 14:00).
Step 6: After selecting the time, remember to click "Confirm" in the bottom right corner.


Step 7: Select the availability you want to pause for this pause period.
Tips: You can pause all availability within an entire availability group at once, or click the arrow on the right side to expand all availability and freely select the availability you want to pause.
Step 8: After selecting the availability, remember to click "Confirm pause" at the bottom to complete the setup.
