How to set up Flash Sale?

When you has available slots and wants to sell them at a discounted price, you can create a Flash Sale.
*Please note: Flash sale are not applicable to packages without prices. And FunNow Booking (SaaS) is not a platform. Therefore, Flash sale packages do not have additional exposure slots available.

Step 1: Click on the navigation list at the bottom of the page to switch to the homepage.
Step 2: Click on the "Flash Sale" button on the left side of the page.
Step 3: Enter the Flash Sale page.

Step 4: Click on the "Add" button in the top right corner.
Step 5: Choose the plan you want to offer as a Flash Sale.
Step 6:
a. 1 hour/3 hours/6 hours from now  - One-click addition, selecting this option will immediately set up the Flash Sale for the selected package for the next 1/3/6 hours.
b. Customize time slot - Allows flexible selection of the time period during which customers can book the Flash Sale package.
* Please note: Pay attention to whether the selected booking time exceeds the available time slot.



Method 1: One-click addition
Step 1: Select the desired Flash Sale time.
Step 2: Scroll down the page.
Step 3: Enter the Flash Sale price for this package.
Step 4: Enter the quantity to be sold for this Flash Sale package (when this Flash Sale package is sold out, it will return to the original plan price for further sales).
Step 5: After completing all the details, remember to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm the setup.



Method 2: Customize time slot

Step 1: Click on "Earliest Check-in Time."
Step 2: Select the date and start time for the Flash Sale (if you want to set a Flash Sale from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on April 2nd, the start date is April 2nd, and the start time is 11:00 AM).
Step 3: After selecting the time, remember to click "Confirm" at the bottom right corner.
Tips: Slide the gray bar below the calendar downwards to view the dates for the entire month. Flash Sale time cannot exceed 24 hours and can only be set within 30 days for Flash Sale.


Step 4: Click on "Latest Check-in Time."
Step 5: Select the end date and time for the Flash Sale (if you want to set a Flash Sale from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on April 2nd, the end date is April 2nd, and the end time is 2:00 PM).
Step 6: After selecting the time, remember to click "Confirm" at the bottom right corner.


Step 7: Scroll down the page.
Step 8: Enter the Flash Sale price for this package.
Step 9: Enter the quantity to be sold for this Flash Sale package (when this Flash Sale package is sold out, it will return to the original plan price for further sales).
Step 10: Set the exposure time of promotion for this Flash Sale package on the platform (optional. If left blank, the Flash Sale package will be immediately exposed in the Flash Sale section of FunNow after saving this Flash Sale setting).


Step 11: Choose the date and time for exposure.
Step 12: After selecting the time, remember to click "Confirm" at the bottom right corner.
Step 13: After completing all the details, remember to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm the setup.
