When you are creating a booking and reach the step of selecting the time, please pay attention to the prompt at the bottom of the page:

There is not enough capacity (n remaining) at this time, please check if there is available capacity in the store. If you still want to accept the booking, click Confirm.

Please use this prompt message to verify the current number of availability in the system and determine whether the store can accept the booking on-site.
