FunNow Group will send out the previous month’s reconciliation statement on the 5th of each month via operation@myfunnow.com.
The Reconciliation Statement includes the following information:
- Whether an invoice or receipt is required
- The amount to be invoiced or receipted
- FUNNOW Group information
- An Excel attachment listing detailed bookings for the month
Please make sure to review the following upon receiving the reconciliation statement:
- Confirm whether the reconciliation statement details are correct
- Confirm whether an invoice or receipt needs to be issued
If you have any questions regarding the statement, please reply directly to the reconciliation statement email.
Please issue the invoice or receipt according to your situation:
- Paper invoice/receipt: Mail it to the address provided in the reconciliation statement email.
- Electronic invoice: Download the PDF from the Ministry of Finance (MOF) e-invoice platform and attach it directly in your reply to the reconciliation statement email. There is no need to send a separate email.
To avoid missed emails and speed up verification, please make sure the electronic invoice is attached directly in your reply.
