Whether you need short-term adjustments for holidays (e.g., Lunar New Year) or a permanent change starting from a specific date, this feature allows you to manage your YC settings with ease.
1. Click "Package list" at the top left of the "Package" page to select the package you want to adjust.
2. Click the “Cycle Setting” button to adjust the discount and maximum pax for each booking time slots.
3. Set the Start Date and End Date for this YC within the recurring time period to apply the changes for a specific duration.
- Start Date: The YC changes will take effect starting from this date.
End Date:
- Never Stop: Allow the changes to continue indefinitely until you manually update them.
- Set End Dates of Repeat Period: Changes apply until this date. After this, the system automatically reverts to your original YC settings.
Example: If you have a permanent YC setting starting from Feb 6 to Never Stop, but wish to apply a different discount for Valentine's week form Feb 11 to Feb 18
- Set the Start Date to
Feb 11and the End Date toFeb 18. - This new setting will apply for 8 days. After Feb 18, the system will automatically revert to your original YC settings.
Once adjusted，the Cycle Settings column in your List View will display the YC discounts in three distinct phases:
* Phase 1 (Feb 6 – Feb 10)：Original YC
* Phase 2 (Feb 11 – Feb 18)：New YC
* Phase 3 (Feb 19 – Never Stop)：Original YC
Note: To apply the YC changes for only one day, set the Start Date and End Date to the same date, such as July 10, and the changes will apply to that day only.
4. You can adjust the Discount and Maximum Pax for existing time slots as needed.
- Currently, YC only supports modifying the Discount and Maximum Pax of existing time slots in the Manager. If you need to add or remove specific time slots, please contact your account manager or our support team for assistance.
- Please Note: Changes can only be saved successfully if they meet YC’s configuration rules:
- Each day must include at least two time slots offering a 50% discount.
- The Maximum Pax for each time slot must be 6 or more.
