You can use “Add Blocked Time” and “Block All Availability” on the right side of the Availability page to set availability blocks.
- Add Blocked Time: Flexibly select specific time slots and availability to be blocked.
- Block All Availability: Instantly block all availability in the entire branch for 1, 3, or 6 hours starting from now.
Add Blocked Time
- Start Pause Time, End Pause Time: The availability will be blocked for the period defined by the start and end pause times.
Please Note: Blocking availability means that service cannot be offered during the specified time period. The system will automatically prevent any bookings that overlap with the blocked time.
For example, if you set the block period from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and a package’s service duration is 1 hour, then any booking starting at or after 2:01 PM will be disallowed because the service would overlap with the blocked period. These time slots will also be hidden from customers on the booking page.

- Availability: Availabilities that are not available for service or reservation during this period can be flexibly selected. Individual availabilities may be chosen, or clicking the group name selects all availabilities within that group at once.
- Notes: This optional field allows you to provide additional details about the reason for blocking availability or any other related information.
