Note: Blocking logic depends on the platform used by the customer.
1. FunNow / SaaS / Distribution channels
Customer Profile | Blocked Target | Result |
With Phone Number | Phone Number | Only the specific phone number is blacklisted. The member account can still make bookings using other phone numbers. |
Without Phone Number | Member ID | The Member ID is blocked. This member will be unable to book your service again, regardless of which phone number they use. |
2. Eatigo: Once you click the "Block" button, both the customer's member ID and phone number will be blacklisted.
- The block list applies to FunNow, Eatigo, FunNow Manager (SaaS), and distribution channels such as PChome, KKday, and DianPing.
- If the branch accepts bookings across multiple channels, the customer will be unable to complete a booking on any of them.
1. Navigate to the "Bookings" page, and click the profile icon on the booking to open the customer profile
2. In the Booking Information section, click the Block button.
3. You can either select a default blocking reason provided by the system or manually enter the customer’s blocking reason in the Notes section. Once finished, click “Confirm” to save the blocking settings.
