If you need to cancel a customer’s booking due to force majeure, or if the customer is unable to arrive for any reason, you can use the "Remove" function to cancel the booking.
*Please note: Only "unpaid" bookings can be edited directly in the inline backend.

1. Select the booking you want to remove.
2. Click "Remove" at the bottom of the booking details page.
3. After clicking "Remove", a default notification will appear. Click "Yes" to proceed.
3. After the removal, the booking will no longer appear in the booking list.
