1. Click on "Forget Password".
2. Enter your login email. This account was created by the Account Manager. If you have forgotten your login email, please contact your Account Manager or our Customer Service Team.
3. Click the "Reset Password" button at the bottom of the page.
4. You will receive a "Reset Password" email at the email address you provided.
5. Please follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.
Your new password must include uppercase and lowercase letters, at least 8 characters and one number.
