Important: It is not applicable to merchants integrated with third-party platforms (e.g., inline, Ebisol, etc.).
In cases of full house, understaffing, or temporary closures, you can use the "Add Blocked Time" feature to reduce availabilities for online bookings.
1. Accessing the "Add Blocked Time" page via three ways:
- Home Page: Click the "Pause" button.
- Availability Page: Tap the "+" icon at the bottom right and select "Add Blocked Time".
- Package Page: Tap the "+" icon at the bottom right and select "Add Blocked Time".
2. Selecting the pause period mode
- Block all availability: Block all availability for the entire branch for 1, 3, or 6 hours starting now.
- Customize time slot: Manually define the blocked duration and which availabilities to pause.
3. "Customize time slot" setting:
- Start Pause Time/ End Pause Time (For example: To pause from 13:00 to 23:45 on March 31):
- Click "Start Pause Time"
- Select the time you wish to start blocking availabilities
- Tips : Swipe the grey bar down to view the full month; swipe left or right to switch between months.
- Click "Confirm" to complete the process
- Click "End Pause Time"
- Select the range you wish to end blocking availabilities
- Click "Confirm" to complete the process
Please Note: Blocking availability means that service cannot be offered during the specified time period. The system will automatically prevent any bookings that overlap with the blocked time.
For example, if you set the block period from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and a package’s service duration is 1 hour, then any booking starting at or after 2:01 PM will be disallowed because the service would overlap with the blocked period. These time slots will also be hidden from customers on the booking page.

- Select availability to pause：
- All slots:：Pause every slot within the selected availability group within the pause time.
- Specific Slots: Click the arrow to expand the list and manually select individual slots.
- Click "Confirm" to complete the process
