1. Navigate to the "Home" page and tap the Search Bar at the top.
2. Enter any of the following information into the search bar:
- Redeem Code： The customer’s 6-digit code
- Phone Number: Country code + Phone number
- Booking ID: The full system-generated booking number.
3. Once the information is entered, the relevant orders will be displayed.
