- Whether the invoice or receipt was issued correctly.
- If there is an error with the invoice, we will notify you via email within two weeks.
- For Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Thailand Merchants:
- Please ensure the 10 working days processing period has passed.
