1. Navigate to the "Booking" page.
2. You can search for a specific booking using the phone number or booking ID in the search bar.
The system only searches for bookings within the selected date range. If you can’t find a specific booking, please check whether it falls within the current search range, or try adjusting the dates and search again.
You can search for bookings from 11 months before to 23 months after the current month. Bookings outside this range cannot be retrieved.
