There are two ways to identify potential No Show risks:
1. Booking Info Section - Cross-Branch/Channel No Show Records
A "red exclamation mark" next to the customer's name indicates that the customer has a No Show record within the last 3 months across other branches or channels
2. Tags Section - In-Store No Show History
A "No Show" tag in the tags section indicates that the customer has a No Show record at your specific branch within the last 3 months. The system will also display the customer's total No Show count for your reference.
