On the “Bookings” page, you can filter bookings using the following options:
1. Date Range:You can search for bookings from 11 months before to 23 months after the current month. Bookings outside this range cannot be retrieved.
Please note: All filter conditions (such as search bar, booking status, etc.) only apply to bookings within the selected date range.
2. Type: Use this filter to quickly find bookings that include specific promotions or membership tiers.
- ELITE: Booking was made by a FunNow "Elite Member".
- Privilege:The package includes a privilege, and the customer is either an "Elite or Pro Member".
- Flash Sale:The package was booked during a Flash Sale period.
- Group:The booking was made through the “Group” feature.
This filter is only available for merchants partnered with the FunNow platform.
If your store is not listed on FunNow, this filter will not be displayed.

3. Package:Select a specific package to filter bookings made for that package.
4. Search Bar: Use the search bar to find specific bookings by "phone number" or "booking ID".

- Eatigo

- Reserve with Google

- 3rd Parties:Orders from distribution channels such as KKday, PChome, and Dianping will all be grouped under this category.
If you only partner with FunNow, Eatigo, or Niceday, this filter will not be displayed.
