- You can only mark a booking as “No-Show” when its status is either “Not Arrived” or “Confirmed”.
- For bookings made through platforms such as Eatigo, FunNow, or Niceday, you can only mark them as “No-Show” between 15 minutes after the reservation time and up to 24 hours later. If this time window has passed, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Bookings made through MySite, provided by the FunNow Manager SaaS system, or manually added by the merchant are not subject to this time restriction.
Method 1: Adjust via the Bookings Page
1. Navigate to the "Bookings" page.
2. Click the “Booking Status” of the booking you want to change, then select “No Show.”
3. Click “No Show” again to confirm your action.
Method 2: Adjust via the Availability Page
1. Navigate to the "Availability" page.
2. Click the booking you want to adjust.
3. Click the “Booking Status” at the top right corner of the booking details and select “No Show.”
4. Click “No Show” again to confirm your action.
Bookings marked as “No Show” will be automatically removed from the availability bar since they no longer occupy availability. However, you can still view these bookings on the “Bookings” page.
