"Merchant Cancelled" function is only available for SaaS Merchants.
1. Navigate to the "Bookings" or "Availability" page, and click on the booking you want to redeem.
2. Click “Booking Status” at the top right corner of the booking details, then select “Merchant Cancelled”
Note: Once cancelled, the booking will be voided. However, FUNNOW GROUP will retain a 10 % commission
