When you create a booking for a customer, you can choose whether to send them a booking confirmation notification.
Please note: Booking notifications can only be sent when creating a booking if the selected package doesn’t involve online payment.
Booking notifications can be sent through the following two channels:
- SMS Notification
- WhatsApp Notification: If the customer’s phone number is registered in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, or the Philippines, the system will prioritize sending the notification via WhatsApp. If the number is unable to receive WhatsApp messages, the system will automatically fall back to SMS.
- SMS Notification: For customers in other regions, notifications will be sent directly via SMS.

Email Notification
The SMS notification will be charged per message. If the SMS service is not enabled, this option will be disabled and only email notifications can be selected.
SMS notifications can be delivered through the following two methods:
Notifications can only be sent if the customer’s mobile number or email address is filled in under “Customer Information.” Otherwise, the notification options will be disabled.
