You can choose to resend the booking notification to the customer when modifying any of the following booking details:
- Booking Time
- Pax
- Name
- Mobile
Bookings can only be edited before payment is completed. Once paid, the booking details can no longer be changed.
Notifications can only be sent if the customer’s mobile number or email address is filled in under “Customer Information.” Otherwise, the notification options will be disabled.
After choosing the notification method, click Confirm, and in the pop-up window, click Confirm Send to complete the process.
