If merchant needs to adjust the seating capacity of a table, please refer to the following steps and modify on iPad App:
1. Press Settings > Tables
2. Select the table section where the table is located
3. Tap the Table Name you would like to edit
4. Update the Table Name, Number of seats, and Minimum Party Size as needed
5. Click Done to save the changes
Please Note:
- If you have made any changes to the table settings ( such as Party Size or Section ), please make sure to review any future bookings that may have already been assigned to the affected tables. Additionally, please also ensure that the table assignments align with the updated settings. If there are any discrepancies, please manually adjust the assigned table numbers for those bookings to avoid overbooking.
- After editing a table, please go to Floor Plan Settings > Floor Plan, delete the old table, and re-add it to reflect the updated settings.
