Auto-assign table Setup
If you would like to enable Auto-assign table, which allows the system to automatically assign suitable table numbers for bookings, please follow these steps using the iPad:
1. inline App > Tap Settings on the left side > System Settings
2. Enable Auto-assign table (orange means enabled, gray means disabled)
About Auto-Assign Table
When auto-assigning tables, the system will:
- First prioritize tables that are open for Online Booking.
- Then check all tables in the order of Booking > Queue > Waitlist.
- Prefer assigning a Single Table whenever possible.
- Assign based on the booking creation time as the next priority.
- If all conditions are identical, tables will be assigned according to the table number order, from Top to Bottom.
