If you’d like to set up new business hours starting next month and open bookings under the new schedule, you can do this in the iPad App under “Business Settings”
The principle here is:
- Update the default modules to reflect the new business hours, so that future dates will automatically follow the new schedule.
- At the same time, create special date modules with the old business hours for this month, so current reservations remain unaffected.
Here are the steps:
1. Go to iPad inline App > Settings > Business Settings.
2. Add a new business hour module named “Business Hours Before ◯”
- If your restaurant has different hours for weekdays and weekends, create two modules instead. For example:
- “Weekdays Before ◯”
- “Weekends Before ◯”
3. In the newly added module(s), set up your current (old) business hours.
4. Scroll down to the small calendar and select all dates before ◯ Month to apply this module.
- If you created two modules (weekday/weekend), assign the corresponding dates to each one.
5. Tap the orange “< Business Settings” at the top of the screen to go back, save, and double-check that the new module(s) have been added successfully.
6. Go to your default modules (Weekday/Weekend) and update them with the new business hours.
7. After that, go to Settings > Booking Management and configure the time slots and tables for the newly added module(s). Make sure both the old and new modules have the correct availability.
Once the setup is complete, starting next month the system will automatically apply the new business hours, and bookings will be opened according to the updated schedule.
- You can check your booking page to confirm that all time slots are showing correctly.
