After setting up your business hours, don’t forget to enable the online reservation feature so that customers can make bookings through inline booking page. You can adjust which tables are available for online reservations based on different booking module (e.g., Weekdays, Weekends, or Special Business Days). Please refer to the following steps and modify on iPad App:
1. Press Settings > Booking Management
2. Select an existing module you wish to edit.
3. Click the Table switch on the left side of the screen to enable the tables for online reservations.
Click the Time Slot button at the top of the screen to enable the time slots for online booking.
( White text with orange background means enabled; Orange text with white background means disabled.)
4. Click Done to save
Each Time Slot has a small number displayed underneath it. The number represents the maximum number of customers allowed for online reservations during that time slot. It is automatically calculated by the system based on the total number of available seats from the tables which were enabled below. After assessing the store capacity, you can adjust this number by opening or closing the tables.
Once the setup is complete, we recommend to checking the booking page to confirm that the time slots are displaying correctly.
