To enable online reservations, both the time slot and the tables need to be opened. Reservations can only be made when both conditions are met. Therefore, depending on your needs, you can configure different availability settings.
In addition, below each orange time slot, you could see a small number. This number represents the maximum number of customers that can make reservation online for that time slot. It is calculated by the system based on the total capacity of seats from the tables that have been switch to available below. You can adjust the number by enabling or disabling the tables.
For example, in the image below, the maximum number of customers for each time slot is 12. Tables B1 to B3 are reserved for walk-in customers or for manual bookings made by the store.
Full-Time Slot Availability

If you would like to close a specific time slot, simply tap the time slot to turn it into orange text with white background, then press Done.
Table Availability by Dining Time Limit
When you would like to set a fixed dining time and want to limit table availability and customer capacity based on specific time slots. Or stagger the availability of different tables. You can try Table Availability by Dining Time Limit strategy.
For example, if the restaurant sets a dining time of 90 minutes:
- Customers booking at 12:00 PM will be assigned to tables A1 and A2
- Customers booking at 12:30 PM will be assigned to tables A3 and B1
- Customers booking at 1:00 PM will be assigned to tables B2 and B3
- If A1 and A2 are fully booked, then even if A3 is still available, customers will not be able to book the 12:00 PM time slot. They will only be able to book from 12:30 PM onward.
When you would like to set the unlimited dining time and want to limit table availability and customer capacity based on specific time slots. Or stagger the availability of different tables. You can try Table Availability by Dining Time Limit strategy.
For example, if the restaurant sets a dining time to unlimited, you can configure each time slot to open at the minimum of 30 minutes:
- Customers booking at 11:00 AM will be assigned to table A1
- Customers booking at 11:30 AM will be assigned to table A2
- Customers booking at 12:00 PM will be assigned to table A3
- Customers booking at 12:30 PM will be assigned to table A4
- If A1 and A2 are fully booked, then even if A3 is still available, customers will not be able to book the 11:00 AM or 11:30 AM time slot. They will only be able to book from 12:00 PM onward.
- Regardless of the time slot that the customer booked, the table will be held until the end of the business hour.
