If you would like to flexibly adjust the time slots shown online, please refer to the following steps and modify on iPad App:
Manage Opening and Closing
1. Press Settings > Booking Management
2. Select an existing module you wish to edit. ( The following instructions use “Weekdays” as an example )
3. Adjust the availability settings. White text with orange background means enabled; Orange text with white background means disabled
4. Click Done to save
Split the Reservation Time Slots into 4 or 6 Intervals
In the module, you can edit the Online Booking Availability at the top left corner:
- If you select 4 intervals, each time slot will be set at 15-minute, and reservations can be made at: 00, 15, 30, and 45 minutes past the hour.
- If you select 6 intervals, each time slot will be set at 10-minute, and reservations can be made at: 00, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 minutes past the hour.
Please Note: When switching from 4 intervals to 6 intervals or switching form 6 intervals to 4 intervals, all the booking time slots and the table settings will be cleared. You will need to reconfigure the availability, please keep this in mind.
Fine-Tune the Time Slots
If you want to make small adjustments to a specific reservation time slot without resetting the entire schedule, or if you'd like to set custom time slots outside of the standard 4- or 6-interval options (e.g., 12:18), you can long press on the time slot button to fine-tune that specific time.
