If you'd like to set different hours on specific dates (e.g., extend hours or add more reservation slots), create a single-day business module first.
Then adjust the hours, confirm meal period settings in Backhouse, and check the online booking page to make sure it’s applied. Detailed steps are as follows:
Create a single-day business module for a date that already has open slots
1. Open the iPad inline App > Book
2. Switch to the date you want to edit (e.g., 12/25 in this example).
3. Once on 12/25, tap the top-right Booking Management > Turn off on any one of the already available time slots.
4. Tap Done to complete the creation of the single-day business module for 2025-12-25.
When you adjust the booking slots or table availability for a single day—such as closing any time slot—the system recognizes that the opening hours for that date differ from the regular schedule. This action automatically generates a single-day module, which applies specifically to that date and makes it easier to adjust business hours going forward.
Adjust Business Hours for a Specific Date
1. Go to Settings > Business Settings.
2. Find the newly created module 2025-12-25.
3. Inside the module, adjust and extend the business hours.
4. Tap the orange < 2025-12-25 at the top center to go back > select the applied date > then tap the orange “< Business Settings” at the top center again to return and save the changes.

Adjust Online Reservation Hours for a Specific Date
1. Go to Settings > Booking Management > 2025-12-25.
2. On the left, turn the table switch off and then on again.
3. At the top, you’ll see the newly available time slots. Mark the slots you want to open for online bookings in orange, and don’t forget to re-enable any time slots you closed earlier.
4. Tap Done to save the settings.

Check Meal Time Settings in the Backhouse
1. Go to the Backhouse website: https://myinline.com/
2. Click Bookings > Basic Settings.
3. Scroll down to Meal Time Settings and confirm that the time slots are continuous, and that the final end time is later than the latest time you want to open for online bookings.
- For example, if you want bookings to be available until 22:00, the end time here must be set to at least 22:01 or later.
4. Click Save in the top right or bottom right corner.

You can also click Restore default settings This only defines meal period categories, while the actual online booking times follow the slots opened in the iPad inline App’s Booking Management.
