If your restaurant needs to disable online booking for specific dates (e.g., holidays, private events, or maintenance), you can manage this in the inline iPad App without affecting other dates. The booking page will show Closed for those dates, or you may keep business hours visible while online booking is disabled.
Please follow the steps below:
1. On the iPad App, go to Settings > Business Settings.
2. Under Business Modules, tap +New.
3. In the Name field, enter the module name (e.g., Jan Closed).
4. Leave the Business Hours field empty if you want the date to appear as Closed on the booking page. If the restaurant is open but not accepting online bookings, you can enter the actual business hours so the booking page shows accurate opening times.
5. Scroll down to the calendar, then select the date(s) to be closed (selected dates will turn orange).
6. Tap the orange < Business Settings button at the top to return to the previous page, and your changes will be saved.
If no business hours are set, the page will display Closed.
If business hours are set but all tables and time slots are closed, the page will display only the business hours without any booking options:
After completing the setup, please make sure to check the online booking page to confirm that the date is correctly displayed as Closed or that bookings are disabled, ensuring the settings have taken effect.
