inline | How to View Bookings for Each Dining Period Through the List?

Today's List Interface

Through the Today's List feature in Inline App, you can view all reservations and waitlist for the day that have not yet been seated, allowing on-site staff to manage patrons efficiently. Through the feature, you can swipe each reservation to update its status to Checked In or Seated. In the top-right corner of the list, you may choose to display reservations arriving within a specific upcoming time range ( 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, or 12 hours, these options are fixed ). Making it easier to focus on the patrons arriving soon.

In the “Stats” section at the top of the screen, the system displays the total number of patrons and total number of groups based on your selected time filter. On the right side, green dots indicate the party sizes for each time slot. For example:

  • Two green dots labeled “4” indicate there are 4 groups of 1 - 2 patrons.
  • Four green dots labeled “1” indicate there is 1 group of 3 - 4 patrons.
  • Six green dots labeled “0” indicate there are 0 groups of 6 - 7 patrons.
  • Eight green dots labeled “0” indicate there are 0 groups of 8 patrons or more.
＊Please note：If cancelled reservations are still appearing in the list, you can tap the filter option in the top-right corner and switch to Show valid to display only the reservations that are still valid.

Booking List Interface

On the iPad Inline app, by selecting Reservations and navigating to the List for a specific date, you can view all reservation and waitlist information for that day. You can switch between different dining periods using the options below the date. These dining period segments are automatically generated based on the business hours set for that date. If no business hours have been set for the day, only the All Day option will be displayed.

You can filter the list using the options in the top-right corner ( Show valid, Show all, Show cancelled, these options are fixed ). At the top, the system will also display the total number of patrons and total number of groups for the selected dining period. On the right side, green dots indicate the party sizes for each time slot.

If a newly created reservation has not yet been viewed on the device, it will be marked with a blue dot as a notification. Tapping the blue dot allows you to view the details of the reservation.
