inline | How to use Find a Table Feature to Create a Booking?

If you need to quickly check available tables at a specific time, you can use the Find Table feature to create a booking or waitlist entry right away. Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the inline iPad App > tap Book

2. Switch to the desired booking date, then tap Find Table at the top right corner of either the List or Timeline view.

3. Select the desired booking time. All available tables for that time will be displayed (tables with existing bookings will not appear).

• Table display format: Table name + maximum capacity, e.g., 7 (8)
• Orange Online Bookable label: Indicates the table is available for online booking by customers
• Table type label (below): If you’ve set up table type tags (e.g., Outdoor, Indoor, Private Room) in Table Settings, they will appear here

4. Tap the table you wish to assign — the selected table will be highlighted in orange with white text.

5. Tap + Booking, and the booking form will appear on the left side, automatically filled with the selected date, time, and table.

6. When entering customer details, Name and Party Size are required fields. Other fields such as Phone Number, Email, Table, Notes, and Tags are optional.

7. After confirming all details, drag the “Slide to Add” button at the bottom to finalize the booking.
